Welcome to the Structured Living Life Pattern sessions. These sessions are designed to help individuals in addiction recovery develop positive habits and behaviors that promote structure and routine. We believe that structure and routine can be powerful tools in the recovery process, providing individuals with a sense of control, stability, and direction. In this session, you will find seven different lessons that are focused on developing life patterns that will aid in long-term recovery from addiction.

Each lesson includes training, a set of questions, and an explanation of the benefits of living the new life pattern. We recommend that you complete each lesson in conjunction with a sponsor, counselor, or recovery personnel responsible for monitoring your recovery.
