How to Accomplish the Tasks

  1. Find a quiet space and reflect on what authenticity means to you. Write down your thoughts and feelings.
  2. Identify areas of your life where you may not be living authentically. Write down at least three areas and why you feel that way.
  3. Choose one area to focus on for a week. For example, if you feel like you're not being honest with your friends about your feelings, practice being more open and honest with them for a week. At the end of the week, reflect on the experience and write down your thoughts and feelings.
