We believe that having faith and focusing on godly thoughts can be a powerful tool in the addiction recovery process, providing individuals with a sense of inner peace, positivity, and personal growth. Each session contains six different lessons that are designed to help you develop these life patterns and reap the benefits outlined on each page. We recommend that you complete each lesson in conjunction with a sponsor, counselor, or recovery personnel responsible for monitoring your recovery.
